Refunds
We're no strangers to online shopping - you're taking a gamble, and hoping that you end up liking the product when it arrives. We also know that things can go wrong during shipment!
We here at Casetee are dedicated to you, our customers. If you're unsatisfied with your product or with us as a whole, we will always do whatever we can to make the situation right. Without you, we wouldn't exist!
We're happy to offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you're unsatisfied with the product, but we do have a couple of rules!

Refunds can be provided within 30 days of receipt of your product. We track shipment on all of our orders, and feel that 30 days is a sufficient amount of time for you to decide whether or not you like the product.
- If the product arrived damaged or faulty, we offer a full refund or exchange. Just take some pictures to let us know what went wrong, send them over to us and if you're eligible, we'll happily offer you either a full refund, or exchange for another product of your choice.
